6a) Group the candidates together i.e. all the
Ingresos, all the Primer Años, etc.
b) Please use the correct entry forms - either
"FULL EXAMINATIONS" or "PART EXAMINATIONS"

d) If a teacher teaches at more than one school,
please do not enter each school on a separate entry form.
Schedules can be on separate forms.
7. Please include the names and addresses
of all Primer Año Estudiante candidates on the official
form.
8. Please include the names and addresses
of all Teachers' Examinations candidates on the official form.
9a) Schedules must accompany the entry forms.
Entries will not be accepted without them. Schedules cannot
be changed. Please fill in ALL the information.
b) The schedule can be 'mixed', but the SENIOR
examinations must be kept together.
c) Please include tea-breaks/lunches where necessary.
10. If the candidate's name is incorrectly
spelt due to the teacher's error, it can be changed, but a
charge will be made.
11. If a teacher has not paid his/her current
subscription, the entries will not be accepted.
12. If a senior candidate's subscription (PAE
UP) has not been paid, the entry will not be accepted.
13. Examination fees are not transferable.
14. Travel details and/or collection time
from the hotel must be included.
Kindly note: REVISION, OPEN CLASSES OR CHOREOGRAPHY
If teachers would like private revision, open
classes or choreography after their examinations have taken
place, they must pay the visiting examiner prior to the lesson
at the examiner's personal rate. All expenses incurred must
be paid by the teacher.Please inform the administrator of
any arrangements beforehand.
